We came for unlimited brunch , there were 6 of us , all the staff were very friendly and nice, Apart from the manger Oana who was extremely Rude to us as soon as we sat down , she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder all night .
She took our first drink order , to go on to tell us there is no big bottles Prosecco left ,
We can have the few small bottles left .
My friend a while later , went on to say to her how strange to do unlimited brunch and run out of Prosecco! We even mentioned there a Tesco nearby they could have gone and bought some from.
They she continued to ague wiv us !
Her attitude and rudeness was awful .
She should NOTbe serving customers.
She is Not setting a good example to the rest of the staff , who I must say were extremely helpful and nice .
Such a shame as it good value and Oana ruined our night with her attitude and rudeness .??

Low score from all four of us. Menu has gone down hill not really a great choice and was awful. Music too loud so struggled to gave a conversation. Only saving grace was the staff were polite.

Worse service I've ever had. They obviously don't clean the lines as the beers were flat. Staff rude and not interested.

They like to take peoples IDs for no reason and claim their Fake and don?t give it back and the police don?t do anything about it. Be careful going here. I even paid to get in and I didn?t get my money back

It?s sad that staff act a certain way to people of colour treating them with the least amount of respect.
A very uncomfortable and nasty environment making people of certain ?cultures? and ?colours? feel unwelcome.
Horrible service.
Total let down and a waste of everyone?s time.

Watched City Vs Arsenal there and was disappointed by the service and quality of the food. The venue itself is great to watch sport so that made it palatable when the food wasn't

Wow, talk about a blast from the past! I just received a reply to feedback I left six years ago?that?s almost as long as it took me to finish my drink back then! ? I visited with friends, and while the atmosphere was great, the service was definitely on the slower side. Fingers crossed that things have sped up since then, though the response time might still need some work! ??

Driest vegetarian burger I?ve ever had, they are meant to be juicy, this was crispy! And the portion of coleslaw we ordered as a side was stingy, at £3 for a tiny condiment size container. Also food took over an hour to arrive.
Some staff were great, however when I went up to ask if they had forgotten the coleslaw as I assumed the tiny portion on the plate was just the slaw mentioned in the burger blurb I was defensively told ?that was the portion and that was the price?.
I won?t be eating there again, I?d probably still go back for a drink. They do have Lilleys craft ciders, in bags, and Inches and Old Mout on draft.

A woman at the bar (who said she was the manager), accused a young black girl of being aggressive towards her and ran her out of the bar
She then proceeded to ban the girl from ever going back and the girl never received her deposit back from the table that she booked, after being ran out of a restaurant that she first spoke highly of only to have her expectations shattered when she arrived
Not very friendly towards customers at all
Bad atmosphere around customers all the time
And not very polite to customers, making people feel terrible about themselves
