I was new to the bank and a helpful gentleman forgot his name ( he was wearing a smart white shirt with a tie) he helped me to deposit some money in my account and also told me about different server. If I came back for more service I would like this person to help me he is well good and real polite to customer

I was served by J( I think his name was Jignesh). I have been coming to the branch the past 4 years. And I think his service is outstanding. He is kind , polite , helpful. Always willing and eager to help people in the que, always ahead in customer service. I thought it was important to write about him this time. A very dedicated member of the team with excellent customer service skills.

I had an issue with my account being blocked, and Gin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, patiently assisting me and going back and forth over the phone with Santander to ensure everything was resolved. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to her, the block was successfully removed. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service!

It makes a nice change to have a branch with humans at tills, the HSBC I tried this morning only had machines and I couldn?t get what I needed so I was very grateful when I came to the Santander branch. Yes the queues were long, but I found Dawn really polite and helpful once I got to her so thank you!

I have been using this uxbridge branch for years! The staff are lovely but I feel they have been let down by the head office! ? I say this because the queues are long but only 2 counters are used! Why not all 3 counters. The information desk has recently been closed so EVERYONE has to go up to the counter regardless!! There was one poor employee who was in his way out for lunch - coat on- but stopped to help a customer uncomplainingly! This is a major branch and I notice that other branches still have an information branch! What are santander high ups doing!! Why are u letting your staff suffer in this branch!! The full stars rating are for your humble branch staff!?

The staff at front are an absolute disgrace, patronising if your actually lucky to talk to them otherwise you have to queue up to speak to cashiers at the back usually a 20 minute wait only to be told the staff at the front will help as it's not their department only to find the guys in front are not there, another 30 minutes wait nothing. Go to Ruislip branch 15 mins they sort everything out... Uxbridge branch is a joke has been getting worse since 2019

Absolutely atrocious ?service?. No idea how this branch has any customers or how the staff actually have jobs. Huge office with 2 cashiers operating like snails with underactive thyroids..

Been coming to this branch for years and has gone downhill massively. Wait time to see someone is horrendous. Lack of staff and branch is not open long enough. Lack of nearby branches too. Customer service is awful, very unhelpful and unfriendly. Needs more staff.
