I had carpets for hall and stairs lovley job on time no issues,so went again for bedroom carpet and flooring for downstairs toilet,let down several times no contact,went back to shop,arranged again another day time again no one came,no contact,finely came did bedroom but forgot about toilet,I had taken off door 3 weeks ago,ment to come sat morning no one came,have phoned several time no answer,no contact from them great carpets,nice people when you can get hold of them

Visits apartment and gives quotation and a date to do the job. Date passed no work was done by then. Even took a day off from work to get this done. we have called so many times and are being ignored. When he picks up the phone says he will call back but never does. Very disappointed with services. Do not waste your time on this shop. Not good services.

I got my carpet fitted in December jist moved into a new property he could see that I needed the carpet asap. I've has nothing but problems from carpet lifting Everytime I hoover to nails sticking out to carpet threading away to bumps in the carpet even broken floor boards which I had to get fixed. If I was in the property when the carpet fitters was here I wouldn't of paid so much money for rubbish carpet & service They've came out 3 times within this time & still problems I was told the owner would be round 2 weeks ago to take a look at the carpet AGAIN nowhere it be seen...!
