I had to cut my hair becuase I made some mistakes with my hair.The staff were okay but I felt little uncomfortable. But I think they did everything to take care of me.

I made a booking in advance for my sister's pre wedding party. I was reassured on the phone by the staff member that the previous booking would not over run or clash with my booking as I needed to be ready on time for the evening party. However when I arrived, the staff member said sorry we have over run and that I needed to wait 30 mins ! I was really upset and shocked :( The lady wouldn't have finished the customer's hair in 30 mins, it could have easily been more than 30 mins wait. There were two members of staff, they could see that I was fully ready in my party outfit and they could read my distressed face. This was very unprofessional and not fair on me. I had to act fast and I made another booking with another local salon nearby. I apologised to the staff members for making another booking but when in fact I was treated unfairly.The staff at Beauticious Bronze could have done something about this but showed no sympathy i.e they could of politely asked one of their customers to wait. Nevertheless my hair was ready for my sister's pre wedding party at another salon ! I have put this negative review so that the salon could reflect on my stressful experience and prevent this from happening to other customers. Had my first post 'lock down' haircut today from a young gentleman called Ryan, he did a fantastic cut and now has a new regular for as long as he's working there.The lady that owns the salon was there as well, made both my daughter and myself feel welcome from our first step inside the door until the moment we left .... will be booking both my wife and daughter in to see her as soon as she has a slot free.Cannot recommend this place enough, they also have a lash room in the building run by a lovely young lady called Donna .... unfortunately due to government restrictions the lash facilityisn't open yet, but i advise checking it out as soon as it;s back in operation.Fully deserved 5 star rating.
