This place is a joke telling my friend if his got no money because he asked how much things would cost and the dogs 12 years old they would be doing him a favour by putting the dog down it's not about the money I thought places like this was ment to help injured animals/family pets this dog is part of the family

I would like to say a big thank you, especially to Julie, who helped rescue a severely injured feral cat that ended up in my garden. I had called at least 10 different organisations, be it the mainline RSPCA, local vets, local charities and organisations that volunteer but none were willing to help/unable to; it was distressing to see how much pain the cat was in. After calling our local RSPCA Clinic, they got back to me and came to rescue the cat within half an hour. Thank you for all your help, understanding, professionalism and swift action. Angels

RSPCA Hillingdon do their very best to help as many animals as possible. They are a very small Veterinary clinic trying to see as many animals as possible to people on low incomes.
Keep up the good work - staff are not nearly given enough credit for their hard work!

My dog was 11 years old. We bought a little girl pomchi so had my dog nuted, he never had any health issues until rspca hillingdon nuted him and insisted on chipping him, since then his neck has been swollen and hot and he's developed allergies I wish I never went there he was fine before, they gave him allergy tablets but they don't work, I'm so upset. I believe taking your animals their creates more problems and shortens there life.

Receptionist has 0 customer service skills. No compassion for a pet in emergency medical need. Very poor for the lack of care.

DO NOT BRING ANY STRAY CATS to this clinic!
If you have any strays or those which need treatment, DO NOT bring them to this clinic.
I have witnessed that they do not offer any treatment to strays and instead EUTHANISE healthy cats which can be rehoused. This is absolutely heartbreaking, not to mention, DISGUSTING.
I cannot believe that they receive donations only for HEALTHY cats to be put down without receiving the care and treatment.
RSPCA, this goes against everything which you supposedly stand for. Do better!
(Doesn?t even deserve the 1 star rating but unfortunately I can?t post this without)
