Since starting at this company, even at interview stage, I was made to feel very welcome, the managers are lovely and easy to speak to. Training was fun and informative, but you learn so much more practically once you start.. nothing is too much trouble and the company are always happy to help and there is someone you can speak to about anything at anytime? I feel like part of the team already and everyone I?ve had the chance to work with are greatThe company bosses genuinely care about youThis job Works great around children and there are always hours if you need themCan not fault anything AT ALL

Finally, I found the right company for me. The atmosphere in the office is very friendly. The people working there are very helpful in every matter.They select employees very carefully so that each client is satisfied, safe and does not feel left to himself.Full professionalism.The company offers a lot of trainings and courses thanks to which the employee can improve his qualifications and be as well prepared for his job as possible. The salary is very good. There are no payment problems.Each client is treated individually. The customer is the most important and his needs come first. Clients are individually matched to the caregiver.
