I visited first time with my friends today i ask one of the security officer he?s on back door . I wanna go to high street so i asked me and he was soo rude with me and my friends also he was on the mobile phone while talking to me . So from one of the colleague i asked his name and his name is Pankaj. He also said me that he doesn?t care about the complaints.

I had a terrible experience at Primark recently, all thanks to the unprofessional conduct of the Indian staff member at the fitting room. She was not present at her post to hand out tags when customers arrived, and instead of taking responsibility, she started shouting at a customer in a completely unacceptable and rude manner.
Worse still, she started to blame the customer in front of her colleagues, brushing off her own negligence. Pathetic and disappointing

wrong size clothes.
I bought a dress one size higher 6-7 years dress , but practically it was 4-5 years dress comparing standard size.
Disappointing customer service as well.

All stock keeps getting moved, I dont go often but when I do (for a very specific item like socks) they seem to be in a completely different area. Also theres just no airflow at all.

Why open until 7pm if you won?t let people try anything on past 6.15? Wanted to try on one pair of jeans at 6.35 and was told the changing rooms closed 15 mins ago, so sadly had to put them back.

This is NOT a reflection on the store. It is on Primark. We bought a sweatshirt here. It should have said "DISPOSABLE" on the tag. It disintegrated after the first 2-3 times of wear at home and that's before wash. The Tag says Primark - Made in Cambodia.
