I went in poundland at Uxbridge high street for a shopping and I shopped few of the things including candle and batteries and on the shelves it was on offer with Poundland's perks. When i was doing checkout the offer was not showing i asked a member of staff to help me out with this he started with a rude tone and asked me to go get a picture from the shelves. When I refused to get a picture by myself and asked him to check for the same he refused with very bad tone and said if you can?t get a picture then leave the store. And later on he asked one of the other staff to check it. And then again we were waiting for them to help and when we asked him again he again refused to help and said i am the store manager now leave the store. When i saw his badge it was written there as a manager and I couldn?t believe that a manager can be this rude to their customers. He has a 0 quality of being a manager he doesn?t have a customer service quality at all. He was the worst at his job. And started ignoring us later on when we confronted him in front of all other customers. And this was the first time it happened. And i would really request poundland to take a strict action against this as this is a business of getting extra money from the customer and spreading false information. They really need to learn how to do customer service.

I'll be honest sometime do not have a great time as I get id checked for a monster energy drink but that's the law so sigh.
But Sami at the manual tills is a lovely woman. She was patient enough with me to come twice with filling up balloons LOL! the line got long behind me but she didn't make me feel rushed for asking to get the balloons filed even when the customers behind me were getting frustrated, we can't speed up time so it is what it is! She's so cute. I know how retail can get. I hope the manager thanks her for her attitude at work.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for one of your outstanding staff members, Sharifa, at the Uxbridge. She was incredibly helpful and handled my issue with exceptional efficiency, solving it in less than two minutes. Her polite and professional demeanor made the experience even better, and I believe she is a fantastic manager.
Thank you for having such a dedicated and customer-focused team at Poundland. It truly makes a difference.

Great discount store, they?ve recently added more bedroom/bathroom/kitchen items to their stock, so there?s a better selection than there was before. It has gotten a bit more expensive but still has the essentials so it is still fine overall.

In the morning, there were 20 customers and no checkout was working as there was only 1 person on the till and I could not find anyone on the shop floor to help me out. I just bought a shaver adaptor and it wasnt working I went to the till person after waiting in que for 20 mins in the morning and asked her to change it they took 15 mins to ask someone for the issue further for just a quit and in the end I have to pay for the new adapter. Please in future from 9 am make sure you have staff available who can help the customers in the morning.

At the end of the day, it's Poundland?you?re not here expecting top-tier quality, but that?s not really the point, is it? The variety of clothes and useful items on offer is surprisingly impressive, and the selection of sweets is a definite highlight. Plus, the staff at the checkouts are incredibly friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.

I been using the shop for years not the fist time we had a problem the staff are rude.
Trying to shop and pay at self service.
The lady keep coming up to us as the till stopping.
Then the lady said lat me look in your bags. If to say we stolen something.
Then would not go away.
She then got in a mood and said you got to scan the item then put in your bag. We know how to use a checkout.
She then called the Security guard over.
As if to say we stole.
Very un professional we not be using pound land again. This is not the fist time we had issues with the staff.
Very rude. Not helpful. Uxbridge has gone down hill. Uxbridge is a dump and so are the people.

The Worst Management ever I see in the Poundland Uxbridge.
Bad behaviours by the line Manager and his unprofessional staff, Extreme Discrimination, favouritism, Racist, Poundland owner must take note and examine his staff that are trying to destroy his business in London Uxbridge high street Poundland.
No customer service, No problem solving No management.

Absolutely shocking customer service went into to buy hay fever wipes and tablets wouldn?t serve me without id even though it was obvious I was older as I had tattoos and everything clearly visible this is unacceptable as it is a medical condition I can?t believe they would make you suffer lucky I had id but spoke to manager and she was so rude won?t be visiting this store again.
