Utter Rubbish pizza ordered at around 10.40pm they close at 11pm so they gave a pizza which wasn't fully baked and I collected it at 10.50pm. A white pizza you can clearly see in the picture. This outlet is a joke. They don't care about the customer. Half baked pizza utter nonsense.

- Wont let me change order after calling them
- Rude when they were on the phone
- Forgot one of my side orders when it came, only an empty box
- No apology and said I will get credit and just hung up on me.
- The pizza was cold and was not good at all.

It was so pathetic we ordered two pizzas one chicken and one veg .the guy on the call who takes the delivery literally misguided us when we asked for veg pizza .Also their menu says the works pizza is available in
vegan but it's not and it had pepperoni and ham which clearly misguided we also asked the guy who was taking order he gave us wrong information and later when we called him he started yelling at us and disconnected the phone. What a bad service and the guy he spoke on call and took our order very rude

5 minutes drive from Uxbridge premier inn. Parking outside free after 5pm.Friendly staff. Lovely pizza. Lots of cheese and toppings. Meat feast . Collection.

NEITHER RECEIVED MY PIZZA NOR THE REFUND.It's a pity that there's no 0 (zero) rating feature for the reviews. It actually deserves less than a zero.I placed a collection order on a Sunday around 10pm. Opening hours showed that the store was open till 11pm. Placed the order and went to pick it up. I found out the store had already closed at 10 pm. I contacted the store and complained. I was advised that online profile is managed by back-office elsewhere, so I requested a refund store manager said to contact head office for a refund as the order was never materialised. I called the head office, and no one ever picked as the person responsible for public relations was always away from his desk, and they had no one to take the calls for a week.Then, I wrote emails, but there was no response to the first email, I wrote another one, and a response came after a week, and I was assured of the refund. I waited 15 days after receiving confirmation of the refund. I emailed again and sent the response attached in the photo.Neither got the pizza nor my money back.Pappa Johns never refunded my money. Could have done better than that.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a pizza from Papa Jones Uxbridge, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The pizza was prepared with remarkable speed, yet the quality was anything but rushed. It was evident that each ingredient was fresh, and the flavors blended together harmoniously to create a truly delicious meal. The crust was perfectly baked, with just the right amount of crispiness, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding food at Papa Jones. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all my friends and family.
