Munir and his team were so welcoming, engaged, helpful, treated me as an individual customer, not like other places who farm you through. The personal touch and the prices made my decision for me. Customer service 15 out of 10.I HIGHLY recommend Optical warehouse.

Recently I changed my lens for the night version. I had the blue coat and orange coat placed in and I'm in love with the driving at night. Before it was really bothering me driving at night now I feel so comfortable with the new Lens.Thank you very much.Elvira?

From the moment I entered Optical Warehouse, I encountered a team of welcoming yet highly professional staff. Despite arriving earlier than my scheduled appointment, they promptly acknowledged me and initiated the paperwork process. Although offered additional services, there was no pressure; however, after a thorough explanation of the tests, I opted to complete them.Each test was meticulously explained, showcasing their expertise and genuine commitment to providing excellent service. Departing around 4:40 PM, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text the next day at 10 AM, notifying me that my spectacles were ready for collection.This initial experience won me over, and it won't be my last visit to the store. If you seek fair treatment, professionalism, and the expertise of friendly individuals, I highly recommend their services.

I have put off my eye test for years until I met Munir and his team. I booked my appointment from that point onwards the service was just 5 star.Choosing local opticians over high street chains and superstores offer a personalized and community-focused eye care experience. Optical Warehouse opticians prioritised me and provided an individualised service they mentioned about my future eye health and not just put you through a quick screening and wambam here's your glasses I felt that it was more tailored for me rather than a customer journey which fits ALL!. Unlike large chains, Optical Warehouse team foster a sense of familiarity and genuine concern for your eye health, my glasses were ready within 48 hours!. Additionally, supporting local businesses contributes to the vibrancy of a community, creating a win-win situation for personalised care and community well-being. Munir, Aman and Edward were very patient, professional and informative on ALLLLLL the questions I asked. I like that their prices are clear and without any hidden clause.A while ago, I had an accident which made my eyeglasses deformed and unwearable. Munir kindly offered to fix it! Also, Aman was so thoughtful to do a check up to see if there was any problem with my eyes after the accident. Thank you for going the extra mile, I am really grateful to experience such a good customer service in the UK.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout my entire visit. The premises was clean and tidy, and has a calming environment. The venue has a good range of testing equipment for required eye sight tests. I will definitely book again.
