Excellent customer service - I'd say some of the best I have had in a VERY long time - if not in all time. The lady serving me was extremely knowledgeable, knew her stock and what would go well together. She was able to accurately size up my son at a glance, and recommend the best accessories. I spent a lot more than planned, but left feeling very content with what I purchased.

Friendly efficient staff in a very fast paced retail environment is the best thing to say about them in a long list of good things.\\n\\nThe clothing they offer is good quality and excellent value for money and when combined with their excellent returns policy for store bought items as well as online purchases its seconds to none.\\n\\nAdded bonus is the Amazon pick up and returns hub, the only one in Uxbridge (currently)

The try on shirts were disgusting. Brown colliers and blood on many of them. Poor choice of sizes to purchase. Till systems poor and slow when trying to order. Two stars were for friendly and helpful staff.

Nice range of products. Store has gone through some nice changes. One of their staff called Chelsea is a racist lady, and the store manager is kind of the same.

I was told I'd receive my order in 3 days. Then I had to find out myself they had been delayed until the 5th of November. Poor customer service, Poor communication.

Lovely branch of Next. All the staff are great. Friendly and really helpful. If they haven't got what you want on the shop floor they always kindly offer to check stock upstairs or you can order in to collect. Love Next for their Jeans fit especially.

I must be lucky it's never overcrowded here I can take my time with my family and they always have a good range to choose from. I like that staff don't pester yet will help whenever you ask.

Not great.. pulled out an item that was not in my size.. asked at the till if they could check.. was told that they would check behind the scenes.. waited 5-10 minutes ð?¤¦ð?¼â?â??? I had the right hump.. no explanation to why I wanted so long..

Great store with such friendly staff, they are always quick to serve and will go the extra mile to find products that you are looking for even if it means helping you order it from the next website. They have customer service down to a tea.
The store is clean and perfectly set out making it easy to find what you are looking for with little clutter on the floor or shelves.
