First time visiting New Look with my wife and honestly, I was shocked at how dirty the store was. Fluff balls under the clothes stands, stickers stuck to the floor and packaging/labels everywhere. It just looked really unkept.
I mentioned it to a blonde staff member who said she?d get the manager ?Mark,? but he seemed to disappear and never showed up. She could have done more to follow it up.
Really disappointing first impression ? I expected better from New Look.

Awful customer service. Staff have made a number of errors whenever Ive visited the store but never apologise for their mistakes. Had to go back today as a tag was left on my purchase, i got no apology. Just asked to see receipt and said 'that's fine'. I worked in retail for ten years as a student in the 90's, it was never like this back then. Generally the level of customer service in the retail sector is going downhill I find.

Jeans size options in stock were very limited. Clothing variety great. Changing rooms were not clean, dustballs on the floor, I?ve got my socks dirty.

Clean store, good offers. Was served by Maria and she was polite and friendly and helped me with my inquiries, will definitely recommend this store, amazing customer service.

Will not be going back. Rude sales assistant. At 1 hour from closing time I got told I wasn?t allowed to try a pair of trousers because they have closed the fitting room. I would understand if this was 10-15min from closing time but an hour I don?t believe this to be acceptable. What?s the point on having the store open? Staff just chatting to each other and on their phones so it seems quite obvious they are not interested in working. Don?t waste your time here

Pleasant shop with plesent staff. There is a really good pick up / drop off service for Internet orders. Sometimes a bit of a wait so can't give it 5 stars but all told pretty solid

Appalling customer service here today. Sales assistant Bhumika and manager, Nikita. You need to stop mumbling to each other in an Indian language when customers are present?especially when they understand (which I did). Will be making a complaint about your unprofessional attitude, hesitance to give your name when asked and sheer rudeness. Absolutely shocking and disappointing.

Rude sales assistant with poor customer service skills. Waited 10 mins in queue. No greeting, smile- rolled eyes and sighed when i didn't want to give my email. Proceeded to talk rudely about me to next customer (who happened to be my daughter) and stated I scared her! My daughter was livid. Absolutely appalling. I was more than polite which was more than she was. Sadly lost a long standing customer. Will not return.

There was a massive stain on a piece of clothing I bought from here, and the manager was incredibly unhelpful and would not even discuss a new price with me and instead said to pay full price or not at all, luckily a kind member of staff put down the price to a more regular price for such a disgusting stain. Took bleach and hard scrubbing to get the stain out. Disgusting service and disgusting clothes. The manager is incredibly unhelpful and mean, do not recommend.
