I am really really impressed with Caroline. Been a customer for 20years and never experienced the service I received from her today. She truly went beyond her duties and delivered excellent customer service.she is definitely suitable for her manager position. Natwest should have more employers like her. Thank you Caroline

Long queue, mid morning. Only one cashier as one of the cashier?s machine is out of order plus, one member of staff down .
Truth is, it?s always this slow here. They always have an excuse.

Kirpa, one of the staff members here today was very rude. First did not even attempt to help me to put some cash notes into the cash machine and send me straight to the queue ,even though I've explained i am in a hurry. Then waiting into the queue because I was one step out of the line she came to ask me to move. I've explained that I did not wanted to stay some close of the others but she insisted. Then one lady behind me, who looks old but fitted she bought a chair for her to sit on the queue. Lady insisted that she doesn't want to sit but Kirpa so rude keep showing her with the hand to sit down until the lady felt bad and sat down. I think she was embarrassed. Really rude.

I?ve reported a fraud case, i?ve been calling the same number everyday to try and get the case validated, but no one will pick up. i went to the branch to try and get it sorted and see if they could offer any help, they just told me to keep calling. i had cash that i needed to deposit, the machines were acting up and only let me deposit a certain amount, again i asked for help and they offered no help at all. lack of trying to find a solution or sympathy.

Unbelievable, Due to the Stains branch being closed in September I was forced to go to another NatWest branch. Regrettably I selected the Uxbridge branch who refused to give me a small amount of change for my business as I banked with RBS and not NatWest. It was never a problem at the Staines branch so why some jobs worth made it a problem at the Uxbridge branch leaves me very confused. Would not recommend the branch except for one to be closed in the next round of cuts

They don't even deserve this 1 star. People are rude. Long waiting line at cashier. Only one cashier open every time you visit this branch whereas many customers waiting to be served

Every time I use the branch when the metro magic money counter has broken down, to their credit the Nat West coin counter is always working. However; the pain then starts, having to queue and queue and wait as there is only one cashier working . Staff are scattered across the banking hall and in the interview areas but still only one cashier. Now, it?s says that should be for paying in and cashing money, however if that?s the case why does each transaction seem to take for ever. Customers requesting years of copy statements that take time to be printed or long discussions about transferring money to friends accounts, couldn?t these customers be helped by non cashiering staff and thus freeing the cashier up? Since its move into the local shopping centre the branch has never been the same. Allow plenty of time if you want to go the cashier for anything!

Incompetent bank! We have visited this NatWest branch probably about 10 times so they can try and fix ONE problem! Spoiler alert: they never did solve it! Also, there is only ever 2 staff at one time which means the queues get so long, it makes you want to leave and never have to deal with them.

I had the best experience with Caroline, she was so helpful and personable. I needed to transfer money for a deposit for a house, Caroline explained how it happened and next steps and was so patient with me and made me feel very at ease. Couldn?t have been a better service.
I have been a customer for over 35 years, I do not visit Uxbridge much now but WHY have they not informed they have moved from the High Street to the Chimes - very unprofessional !
