Long queue, mid morning. Only one cashier as one of the cashier’s machine is out of order plus, one member of staff down .
Truth is, it’s always this slow here. They always have an excuse.

Kirpa, one of the staff members here today was very rude. First did not even attempt to help me to put some cash notes into the cash machine and send me straight to the queue ,even though I've explained i am in a hurry.
