Not at all happy with this branch!! Too many mistakes made causing me a lot of stress ? Be aware that if you open savings accounts you need to have a current account in order for the funds to be xferred on maturity. They won't xfer your money to another bank. This was not explained to me at the time when they could see I didn't have a current account. Mistakes were made in other areas too long to go into. I have no confidence with this branch, and sorry I opened accounts with them.

NBS Uxbridge by far the best branch in London for easy access, friendly staff and always at your beck and call.Other locals who post negative reviews should cut the staff some slack.

Visited today to transfer money between accounts. The branch is fresh and clean and the staff were all very friendly. As soon as my wife and I entered, we were greeted with a friendly face, a hello and staff who seemed interested. There were no queues so we were seen to immediately by the front desk and again, they engaged with us in a friendly, confident manner. The new branch no longer looks like a bank and has almost a cosy feel. Well done to whoever came up with this design.

We went here today to shop with my wife. We left our bikes at the bike park in front of Nationwide. Our bike was stolen by breaking the lock. I've heard that dozens of bikes are stolen here every day. I will never go to such an unsafe place again. It is the responsibility of the shops there to seek help from the authorities to make it safe.

This branch has just opened, their previous branch was much smaller so having a larger premises is so much better. The staff I came into contact with were very helpful.

Wouldn't let me withdraw cash from my account, even though I had all my ID, documentation, and even my mobile App to prove who I was. Extremely rude, and unprofessional staff. Snatched my ID and phone out of hand, slammed onto tabled once read, just to refuse me.I have accounts with Halifax, Metrobank and Barklays, and have never encountered any kind of situation remotely similar.

Today was the first time in possibly two years that I had to go inside the Nationwide and conduct my business with a human behind a glass partition, and I have never felt more appreciative of the brilliant minds who invented ATMs which we can use outside the bank without the need to interact with Nationwide staff. I don't know what caused those women behind the glass to be so grim, today. Maybe something happened before I arrived, but the staff made me feel as though I was doing something wrong. No welcoming smile, just a stern demand for my full name and full address. I have no problem with giving them that information, but there are ways of approaching it. And finally, no 'Thank you' and no 'Goodbye'. Then I thought about the time in the future when those awful unfriendly women will lose their jobs to automatons. I'll probably be dead by then, but the thought cheered me up no end and off I went in a much happier mood.
