Extremely poor service Bank ordered a new card, I didn't request one but they advised I should have a new card during to the magnetic strip. The new card didn't arrive and they blocked my old card the day before I was due to travel to Berlin. They were unable to help or reinst my card and advised I ask friends... read full comment
