Full of promises but couldn't deliver. No consistency, they dont stay for their paid time, do not complete tasks, left mum in pee stained nighty, no common sense used, little understanding of short term memory issues, but quick to take old ladies money, no feedback or concern to next of kin. Out of several carers that attended only 1 was good, very disappointed feeling ripped off. Would not recommend this company. Complaints were not addressed.

I have worked with My Care Home for just over 2 years now and I am more than happy with the company and the support they provide for all the staff and clients. The team members themselves are super nice and easy to get on with. The company has always met my needs and dealt with any issues I?ve ever had and I couldn?t be happier with them.
