Very inefficient service. I had to wait 30 minutes to access my safe deposit locker. I had to wait until a member of staff was available to give me access to the locker.I have had a locker with harrow branch, but it was always a pleasant experience. Never had to wait or the wait was very short.Uxbridge branch has to improve their way of working to a very great extent.

Very bad. Work shy. Came in just before 5, People sitting around yet they tell us we can?t be seen because there are 2 people before us. Only saw one person. ? it?s such a Mickey Mouse bank with a Mickey Mouse service.

The coin machine was broken today at this branch and I have waited 40 minutes with my baby and passed from a representative to another. Finally, Grace was telling and showing a paper which says that I cannot transfer my coins into my husband account because he wasn?t there. Who on earth would put money into an account, that is not related to. The branch manager was there looking disgraceful while I explained this to Grace, I felt very disrespected.

Boycott this branch, poor customer service no smile , staff are rude, grumpy and their attitude stinks. I have closed my account with them. staff look depressed lol

The service at this bank is horrible. The staff is just so rude and disinterested. Even though the bank is all empty they make you wait to tell you how much is the waiting time and then give no update. For any request they are not able to resolve it and never call back as promised. Their systems are faulty and don?t take auto payments as they should. And there is nothing staff does to help. Overall horrendous service and most unhelpful staff

How dare you, my girlfriend said to me that you won?t open a bank account for her because she?s not white I say screw you I?ll be closing my account and reporting this to the appropriate authorities I hope Metro bank gets closed for that ?

This Branch is very racist. I went there to add my name to my daughters account. First this racist person claims my address does not match in the system. I walked her that my Driving license address is same as the account owner. So what is the issue. She blamed the system. Then I produced my utility bills as secondary proof. She started arguing that the J is not right. When I looked at it. It was fine. She then accepted it. She just came excuse after excuse to not add me to the account. I called the manager called Mohammed. Oh my god he had an attitude. I finally managed to get him over by starting to film the incident. Then Mohamed started to talk properly. Whilst I was talking to the manager the lady who was supposed to address my issue she disappeared with my details and locker key. What a bank. Guys if you are Hindu, Sikh or black guy pls avoid this branch.

Worst bank service ever, the bank staff told me that I'll wait maximum 1 week to get my account activated.More than 20 days passes and haven't receive any call or mail from them yet!!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE I have been into the branch with my 2 months old daughter and want to open her bank account but I don't understand why I am told to wait at least 10minutes even when the branch looks empty.and i wait for more than 20 minutes, no came to attend us, I don't mind waiting when it is obviously busy, but why the wait when there are no other customers around?!

I tried to open a bank account. They say is a walk in service but when I got there on Saturday the manager told me they are short staffed and they couldn?t do it. So I went again today. The manager responded that I should book an appointment. When I said there isn?t a way to book appointment online he acknowledged that and suggested to come any day around 09:00 and then they will give me an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. When I requested to do that over the phone he said that?s not possible. I tried to open an account because of the exchange rate and my business being abroad. Can you imagine banking with them and you come in need of Customerservice support ?No way in hell.

My daughter went to open a account in metro bank Uxbridge today, the staff were rude and looked her up and down and wasn't interested. Yes she's 20 and she works so seriously what's there problem. This isn't the first time I had similar experience few years ago with same branch. You need to teach you staff manners
