I am an usual visitor for breakfast and lunch as I live close to hanwell MC D we often visit here but it is true this place is going downhill just because of rudeness and carelesness of 3 staff members namely WARDA,GITA,AKRUTI.Because of these 3 people this business is loosing customers.When they are at work it is a gossip station,they do not want to serve the customers nor the food even when it is ready.I am totally shocked at their customers service.
The person who runs this franchise shd take note of these 3 Musketeers who think that they Inherit Mac D Hanwell.

I was attended by Madame Sugania I think she is the Manager.Her approach was very professional,humble and friendly.Throughout our conversations while ordering the food on the counter she had a friendly smile on her face which made me feel comfortable as a customer.I wish her a prosperous endeavour.Keep up the good work SUGANIA.Your efforts are being appreciated?

The cashier who was serving was very rude and very unprofessional. She started taking the order by ? what do you want? ? which I believe this is not way the way you the take from a customer.
The food was burnt and the chicken was hard the felt like an out of date chicken. The chicken and the crispy bread was separated.

oder had been deliver 10 min earlier but their wasn?t a straw for my drinks! how about you guys check before guven how hard it could be!! on my drinks it was just ice full glass of ice!! i wish i can give you guys 0 star!!! waste of money and ruined my day!!

The atmosphere of this place is not up to the mark even the crew members are not available that I request to clean & tidy up. However, I always find other McDonald's foods, sevice & atmosphere satisfactory.. Finally I'm optimistic that they will focus more about tidiness ?
