Grit in Fries and Unhelpful Response from Manager.
Last night (15/10/2024) around 9:30 pm, I purchased several meals from this McDonald?s. While eating the fries from my second meal, I noticed a gritty texture, as if I was biting into dirt or sand. Concerned, I reported it to the on-shift manager (a staff member with glasses). Unfortunately, he was neither friendly nor empathetic. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply stated that I was the first customer to complain. When I asked if there could have been any chance of dirt or grit coming into contact with the fries, he defensively replied that it might just be salt.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, both in terms of the food quality and customer service. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for others.

Ali and his team go above and beyond with their hospitality. I use this restaurant at a couple of times a week. Ali can't do enough for you, he is always willing to help when I or my friend have a problem with the app.
He is always happy to see you with a smile on his face. I will be there later near to closing time and to be fair Ali does not rush us to finish our food. 5 star management from a five star manager.

These lot literally forget food from my order countless times. You are literally paid to put food in a bag. How hard is that and you can't even get that right. That's why you lot work there in the first place.

Store was clean and I was able to get a seat easily despite it being around lunch time. Fries could have used more salt, but I had asked for salt to be safe so not a real issue. Ordered extra pickles and onions on my burger and actually got them. Since they changed how they cook their burgers, I've never actually gotten the extra onion, despite it always being on my order.
