Used to be good for shopping but at alot of clothes have gone up,Also they seem to be trying to put alot in the shop bit awkward to move about with a buggy.Not the friendliest staff!

Hayes Matalan needs a good clean up both inside and out, it is a messy store with clothes and items strewn about the store. The security guy looks like he's waiting for a heart attack while wearing his "Chelsea FC" face mask...not at all welcoming, polite or courteous. No one to ask for help as everyone seems to be congregating down by the self service tills. We didn't get the suits and shirts that we went for instead we went to NEXT at Lombardy.

A good place to shop clothes, shoes, bed linen for everyone in the family. Prices are reasonable and clothes quality is good. They also have great offers online.

Decent size, messy. Although I was studied as soon as I walked Into the shop and when I was about to exit stopped and searched. Whilst a group of young boys in hooded tracksuit laughed as they exited. Stereotyped my racial profile straight away. May I add I was with my 71yr old mother and I'm a qualified professional! They did apologise, which was nice of them. But It was too late to stop the boys who left laughing. But they openly acknowledged it was too late to stop them and they were wrong. They need training on security and racial profiling.
