I have to give them a 2 star ? because there 3 things I did not get. One I was waiting so long for grey cargo trousers. 2 wanted a black dress because I'm going to start wearing dresses. A short that my mum put into a delivery and no notification nothing came. This is just poorly service I know you had Ur problems but I've been waiting for these for ages. Thanks to one of the ladies for the help to tell me if they had more dress she was so polite and really helpful.

Outstanding Customer Service
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Marks & Spencer. Recently, my child misplaced their shoes while we were in the store. One particular staff member went above and beyond to help me search for them. Not only did she assist me in looking, but she also took my number and later called me personally to let me know the shoes had been found. This level of care and dedication is truly exceptional.
