Please don?t go here if you just want to top up your oyster, they will refuse unless you buy something. I find it very unethical as the oyster service is part of TfL and public not to be used as a lure. Will be reporting to Oyster Ombudsman

Hats of these guys! They are a genuinely nice family! I have been in the shop on several occasions when people have tried to use the evri machine and it?s been broken they have been incredibly rude to the staff! It?s not fair! They shouldn?t have to put up with it! They are so friendly would do anything for you! I shop here most days and they are so helpful helping you find things nothing is too much trouble! It really frustrates me when they are taking abuse from the public! Honestly they are so friendly! Thankyou a real community shop

Giving a 1 star is to much! Shop keeper and his wife are rude! He told me to find my own Evri parcel in the box they have next to their till. Ordered there by mistake! Hate going in that shop. Evri need to do something with all of the same reviews!

Every time I go there to return the parcel the machine doesn?t work. Stuff (man & woman which I believe is his wife are not very friendly, ignorant, lazy and rude. Doesn?t greet you at all, grumpy all the time and rude for no reason! He will ask u to look for your parcel in big cage lol.. what a joke..

I walked in with a box that I could easily get through the door, move around with it in the tiny shop and she tells me it's too big and I have to come back like 6 days later with a rude voice tune.
Avoid at all cost! Thus shop wants to take the money off evri but not deliver the service!

Went to collect my parcel and the old man was very rude and shouted at me. They usually instruct you to look for your own parcel in a bag. Just a very unpleasant atmosphere. I think most people have the same horrible experience.

Same experience as everyone else! Rudest, rudest staff going. We refuse to give them our custom anymore due to the attitude given if you want to collect or send a parcel. Londis, stop offering a service that so clearly offends you. You?re not just offhand, you?re out and out offensive. FYI, the off license on the corner is cheap and the staff lovely!

So rude and inconsiderate!! Walked 1/2 an hour to post my parcel at their shop. gave me an excuse that the delivery drivers hadn?t shown up since saturday and i asked if i could keep the packages there until they came (bear in mind they are very small) and started full on shouting at me like it was my fault they didn?t come to his shop. If they haven?t come then call them up, before you shout at your customers use your brain and sort the problem out. extremely rude people

As everybody else the rudest shopkeepers and quiet possibly the LAZIEST I have ever met. I gave them 3 chances and was very disappointed. First times man couldn?t be bothered to turn on Evri system at 7.30am (Evri site says it?s available from 7am) I was willing to wait but he kept making excuses he hd delivery to deal with. Second time Evri system not working. Third time the lady sits behind the desk on the phone serving customers, I asked for Evri and she said yes she does it I couldn?t see it so I waited my turn to be served than after waiting ages she tells me it?s at the back. The shop is absolutely cramped, cluttered so many boxes on the floor everything squeezed in it?s an absolute trip hazard.She is too lazy to put your parcel in the correct Evri bag and there was numerous choices so you better ask coz she won?t tell you and she won?t get out from behind the counter either. There is no bin for your Evri label rubbish( not even behind her desk) she tells you to take it home or go back find the lottery stand for the bin, but there is no bin there either lots of boxes and baskets on the floor.Save your self trouble and go to ASHA WINE Hillingdon Heath, only a mile down on Uxbridge road, they are very helpful with your Evri parcel. Every single time they have been respectful and kind.

She must be the rudest shopkeeper ever.She shouted at me because my parcel was too large for her liking.The courier who was picking up parcels offered to take mine,but this woman refused to print a label!She is like a tragic female version of Basil Fawlty. She must have some problems. I, for one, will not be visiting this shop for anything again.

Such a shame as I?ve had a bad experience with two of the staff in there. Not helpful at all, was rude to me for opening the ice cream door, I was letting all the cold out & then today I tried again to do a evri parcel & i had a query because the address was half missing and he just said ?go somewhere else then?. It took me back a bit as I just wanted to get the parcel there safely. They had an answer for everything. I feel really uncomfortable going back in there, it?s messy everywhere full of boxes and you can?t get around. I never leave bad reviews but I was disappointed that I?ve given them a second try and will now go somewhere else.

extremely rude couple run this shop, attitude stinks! They are not helpful in the slightest and don't even except parcels that are bigger than a shoebox. Complaining that they don't have space for it etc. etc. what's point in having this service.. Then start complaining that they don't make enough money for the service!? very strange.I'd rather drive 10 minutes down the road to drop my parcels than go back to this place. The shop beside them are the total opposite.
