Have banked with these guys for 25+ years. Most recently attended with my son to set him up an account. Was told this was done online. Turns out this is wrong and needs to be set up in the branch. All told a pretty pants experience.

Someone stole £450 from my account online fraud, made multiple visits as well as phonecalls. They never investigated it nor were they bothered, was simply told to write it off!No protection with this bank against online fraud at all

I walked in after having been to other banks and was pleasantly surprised! The staff are so warm and welcoming with a polite greeting and lovely conversation. I did my banking which was swift and accurate. The member I was served by (jay?) asked how my experience had been banking with Lloyds so far, told me about other products they had and offered to book a time with a advisor. Genuine care and time taken to address customers needs - all with a smile! ?? ??

We came into Lloyds Uxbridge this morning with a large group of nurses needing bank accounts, Kelly Berry was very helpful with assisting us and all of our needs with a happy and polite manner. Thank you very much! Definitely using Lloyds again in future

lack of respect, seriousness, professionalism towards clients !!! I have a problem with the NHS, which does not take patients' lives seriously and now I have to move from a share house to a flat because I have problems with people in the share house who are bothered by my health!. I made an appointment to discuss a little overdraft but it seems I was lied to have an appointment !!! now I have to move on the street because of insufficient money! thank you lloyds bank!

The staff (managers/customer service agents) working at the branch in the Uxbridge are absolutely perfect to the very highest degree! They are great listeners, well dressed, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. You do not have to wait for a very long time. They are and do an impeccably flawless/immaculate job!
