Pleasantly surprised by the Lloyds branch in Uxbridge. Visited two days in a row and found it calm, clean, and not overcrowded, just a short queue of 3?5 people. Staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and very helpful, which makes me wonder why there are so many negative reviews. Overall, a very positive experience, credit to the Uxbridge Lloyds Team for their excellent service.

28.07.2025 please check on the staff for the morning shift. Extremely rude, there were a bunch of people waiting outside, one just asked if are we gonna be allowed in any time soon as it was 9am and them 2 ladies looked down and kept quiet. Terrible customer service

Horrid, Horrid and appalling service.Im very unsatisfied I came here yesterday and I witnessed the lady working there (don?t remember her name) serve another individual terribly an then proceeding to laugh about them with her colleague after they left and saying ?I?m not going to help them if they come back again? which is awfully unprofessional.Moreover,the lady then approached me in a rude manner and asked me what I was still doing in the bank after I was served which is again incredibly unprofessional as she saw me enter with my dad and I was patiently waiting for him.Wouldn?t recommend this branch of Lloyds to anyone the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude!

On Saturday, May 15 at 2:00, my daughter and I went to this bank for the second time. Because I couldn?t apply for a bank card online for my daughter because of my poor English, I explained my purpose and the female staff member here received me and was very enthusiastic, but because she had too much work, she asked me to find another colleague to help me, a man with an Asian face, named Peter, who refused me with various excuses. I had already explained that I was sorry that my English was not good. The first one was for my husband, and it was also the staff here who helped me! But this time, I felt that he was a bit racist, which made me feel helpless, but fortunately, a tall and thin staff member helped me! I am very grateful to these two staff members!

I received kind and attentive assistance from the gentleman at the desk when dealing with a specific matter which I couldn't solve online. It's a shame so many branches are closing as this is the kind of service people need.

My sister went into the branch today to deposit some money. The lady at the till, she had a bob style haircut, went off at her. My sister accidentally put her card in the reader upside down and she proceeded to say "Oh my god, you people today" and after my sister inserted the card correctly kept sighing and muttering under her breath. worst customer service she has ever experienced

My father passed away last month and I called in to this branch about 9:30 on the Thursday morning after he passed having just registered the certificates in the Civic Centre.
Ellie was on front of house that morning advising customers and she was quickly able to help pay the final care bill, set up the bereavement process on the accounts, take all the details, upload the certificates and direct me on how to contact the specialist Bereavement Team.
A special mention should also go to Pete in the Serious Illness team who was able to help with a large bill while my father was in hospital even though I did not have an LPA. In fact, all the team were helpful.
It reminds me of one of Lloyds' advert campaigns - 'For the journey'. Life imitating art!

Have banked with these guys for 25+ years. Most recently attended with my son to set him up an account. Was told this was done online. Turns out this is wrong and needs to be set up in the branch. All told a pretty pants experience.
