Fantastic service provided by the team at this pharmacy. Efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Was put at ease when doing my travel vaccine. Will be using them again.

Great Pharmacy & Friendly Team! I contacted Lawton Pharmacy and spoke to Krina who arranged an appointment for myself and friends for our travel vaccines. She managed to get us on short notice which we couldn?t have been more grateful for. Very polite team and would definitely go back again for future travel vaccines / needs :)

We went to Lawtons the first time in August, for travel vaccines. The staff were very professional, and we were seen quickly.I then took my daughter back to the pharmacy the other day, as she had a painful rash and couldn't see a doctor. Krina Patel was so amazing, and gave my daughter some really good advice and prescribed her some cream and meds, which have worked so well.Thank you Krina for looking after us.I would highly recommend this pharmacy. *****

Rude and ignorant service. Have been with this pharmacy for far too long. Moving to Oakleigh pharmacy now. Their shop looks so much cleaner and tidier and the service is friendly and cheerful!

The pharmacist at Tesco had gone home sick so I got there at 7:55, they were shutting up but still did my prescription, excellent service - would happily use again.

I went for my travel vaccines to Lawton pharmacy . Krina was very helpful and friendly and I have needle phobia , she put me at ease and gave me great tips for my forthcoming holiday . I would highly recommend their travel clinic and pharmacy.?

My prescription came here by mistake. When I called them to send it back, to return it to the spine, they refused and said it was impossible and made excuses. It took half a day and my medical centre had to call them to insist that they return my prescription to the spine. This was my medication that my life depends on and I had to jump through hoops to get it back to the spine. They have also done this to my friend and family members and I know this is illegal.

Staff are not the friendliest and have had them make several mistakes. Constantly telling me they don?t have the medication and calling later to tell me they do.

Such a bad experience for this pharmacy as they are always saying prescribed medicines are out of stock. GP prescribed the antibiotics 1 day back and when I went and collect it in next day. The pharmacy said its out of stock. Its not a rare antibiotic.
