I got my tyres changed a week ago to new premium tyres and today was gutted when I found one of them had a nail in it. They immediately changed it 15mins before closing, so so appreciative - thanks so much guys!

I had a wonderful young man by the name of Victor reset the pressure on the tyres of our Peugeot. He was very polite and caring and is an absolute credit to Kwik fit.

Stopped here for a tyre check on route to Cornwall the guys were helpful and fast. My wife ended up forgetting a bag in the waiting room, we were too far to come back when she realised. The guys kept it for us safely till we got back. Thank You ?

Left my car at 10am, came back at 11:40am and they hadn't even touched the car yet. Was told it would be another hour before it could be put onto a ramp. Completely wasted nearly 2 hours of my time sitting around waiting around the corner, just so happened to be on my birthday aswell. Look elsewhere if you value your time.

OK, but will not go here again, service cost £1500, where they charged me over £600 to fit 4 new tyres on a Juke. The worse thing was that they did not quote me a price before replacing all the types and put on the most expensive brands. This seems rather dishonest, and something what has happened to me at other kwik fit garages in London. Sorry, but I feel cheated and taken for a ride here.

I visited the garage a few weeks ago. I was seen by Viktor who helped me as English is not first language. I felt really comfortable knowing he also spoke Ukrainian so was able to communicate better. Thank you to Viktor.

I Booked a tyre replacement appt online. Was told to come back after an hour and half but told them I would rather stay! Once done after 40 mins they came out and told me they already changed the tyre sensor as it was broken WITHOUT asking me ! I had to pay £30 extra for the sensor and I have no proof if they even changed it? next time I would like to be asked before they change anything that will cost more.

A big thank you to James, the Manager checked all my tyres as the red warning light came up on my dashboard and resetting the warning notification, which was reassuring to continue driving the car.
He was professional, friendly and there was no charge for this help and I will certainly use Kwik Fit again for my replacement tyres too!

Terrible Experience at Kwik Fit Uxbridge ? Completely Unreliable
I booked my MOT with Kwik Fit Uxbridge three weeks in advance and even received a confirmation. On the day of my appointment, I turned up expecting a simple service, only to be told by the manager James Ralph that I was ?not in the system? and ?unfortunately we are fully booked and we cannot do anything.?
No apology. No attempt to help. Just a shrug and a completely unprofessional response. What?s the point of a booking system if they don?t honour it?
I took time off work and planned my day around this. Their lack of organisation and complete disregard for customer time is unacceptable. James Ralph, the manager, showed zero accountability and clearly isn?t fit to hold that position. If he can?t manage a booking system or deal with customers respectfully, he shouldn?t be running the place.
Extremely disappointed. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. I won?t be going back ? and I?d advise others to avoid this branch too unless you want your time wasted.

Came yesterday to change two tyres. Was the only garage which could take me in very quickly. Especially want to highlight Viktor - the man from Ukraine. My English is not very good because I am from Ukraine, so Viktor explained me everything nicely in Ukrainian did all the work. Thank you so much! Can definitely recommend that garage ??

The branch was extremely accommodating with seeing me 2 hours before my appointment. The lads in this branch were extremely helpful and efficient when checking for alignment issues. I was quoted a cheaper price than most garages which made it an absolute no-brainer!
