The worst service ever, never coming back to kwik fit.1st time they scratched the alloy wheel, 2nd time they fitted the tyre outside-inside - which I never seen anywhere... no even apology after re-fitting the tyre.Poor quality and terrible customer service

My tyre burst on the motorway and the AA delivered the car outside. The service on the Sunday was super helpful - they ordered the tyre for an 8am delivery and was able to fit it at 8.30 on Monday.

Had a flat tyre and was given a same day appointment. Feared they'd say the tyre needed changing but actually they repaired the puncture in no time and free of charge. They did mention the tyre was almost at the end of its life but made no pressure at all to change it there and then. Couldn't ask for better service.

Popped in last weekend as my tyre had gone down a fair bit since I'd pumped it up the day before (so I assumed I had a slow puncture.)I asked I'd they could take a look and repair it. The guy at the front desk asked me to drive it around the back and said that somebody would look at it straight away.True to his word he got a guy to look at it there and then (no waiting around)The guy fixed it within about 10 minutes or so and then the 1st guy from the front desk told me it was all done.When I asked him how much it would be he told me "don't worry about it!"I was so taken aback and greatful.What an outstanding service and genuinely lovely guys! I will definitely recommend them to everyone.Thank you for getting me out of a sticky situation and for being so helpful and kind!

You ask me to bring my at 8:45 am (change oil and oil filter) I rang at 1:30 pm you said the car is ready for collection yet when I arrive 2:30pm the car is not ready your staff is still doing it and I waited for another 1/2 hour before the car came out from the work bay.
