Had the best KFC ever last night. Dropped in 7.45ish, great service, food was incredible. Best we've ever had, luck? Dunno but was amazing. Today's left overs have gone down a treat too. Shame they forgot out dips but otherwise 5star

The order was wrong after telling them specifically what I wanted. Chicken appeared as if it was left over been resold. Attempted to call their pho e but no one answered.

The service and food is very delicious, I once had an issue and the manager quickly resolved it with no problems.

Went to drive through. Second time. I ask could I have the share bucket but instead of the gravy can I have beans. Which they did last time. The manager said she couldn?t change it from gravy to beans. And called me a liar. Then she offered me something else which I agreed too. As I couldn?t understand her English was bad and she was really abrupt and rude. I paid £21:99 . When I got home the chicken was only legs. Over cooked. 6 bits of chicken when it should have been 8. 2 chips that was freezing cold. And 1 beans. Plus a dirty tissue and a mayonnaise in the bucket. Absolutely disgusting. This was meaningful on the managers behalf. . I?ve tried to call them but no one is picking up, it was 6:45 in Oxford Road Denham. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding your manager who clearly is not up to managing at all.

I placed an order in drive thru!!! Amazing and very quick customer service. The staffs were very much friendly I must say!!! The food was delicious and very well packed. I would definitely visit again ??

I ordered my food via the drive thru. But the person on the other end of the speaker struggled to hear me. I literally had to have my head out of my car and shout my order. On top of that they missed an item off my order. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home. I tried to call them multiple times, but there was no response.

When they get it right it?s OK, but that?s not most of the time. It?s much quicker to park and walk in than drive through (and you don?t have to suffer their inability to talk on an intercom). Above all it?s the simple inability to get the basics right. A 20 minute wait at 6pm because they hadn?t put chicken on during peak demand is beyond belief. Asleep on their feet - bring in a decent manager.
Quick addition while I?m still waiting and watching a performance that would please Laurel and Hardy? this branch passed right through ?hopeless? and out the other side.

We went a family at lunch wonderfull food. Very frendky staff. All the foods are vert hit and fresh.

One of the slowest drive through service in the world. Once you get into the queue you can not get out.stuck there for one hour to get few wings.do not go there if you want to save time.

Advertise that they close the drive through at 10 but every time I come at 9 or slightly later there is never any food available. Don't waste your time
