I had a terrible experience at this location. The cashier, an older lady, acted as if she was donating food instead of selling it. I specifically requested my meal to be hot, but she rudely refused and insisted that I take whatever was available. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant. If you?re looking for good service, I strongly recommend eating elsewhere. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated like a burden rather than a customer.

Visited yesterday, not sure if this issue is specific to this restaurant or all KFC's generally, but my burger was tiny. It was like a chicken nugget in a bun. Disgraceful that they can charge such high prices and deliver such crap.

Went here with my 4 month old son for a bite to eat. Food was excellent as usual, but the atmosphere was completely rubbish. 3 hooded and masked teenage thugs (Caucasians) came in, did not buy anything sat down and started to make trouble. One of them threw some cola at another one, and it wet my babies buggy. The manager came out, looked and walked away. He did not do anything, probably frightened that he would be attacked if he did. I did not say anything for the same reason, also if I challenged them the police would arrest me for doing that. Its not the managers fault, it's the fact that uxbridge is just a rundown, and dangerous area with parents that cannot control their kids and just let them run wild. Also, I thought seating was for paying customers only, well, not at this KFC.
Kid-friendliness: No, my babies buggy was damaged by a bunch of thugs and the manager did not do anything.

The food quality is actually atrocious. We tried several times and every time the fried chicken quality is appalling. Drenched in oil, soggy and smelling of overly used oil. When would they change??? Don?t these franchises get audited? Why?s the terrible quality persisting?

**1-Star Review: KFC Uxbridge**
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a Zinger Burger meal, and it was dry and tasted burnt?completely inedible. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and never answer their phone when trying to resolve the issue. Terrible food and even worse customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs!

Bought some original recipe chicken. Did not taste anything like KFC. The most blandest chicken I've tasted and did not all resemble the colonels secret recipe. Other branches it tastes like KFC, Uxbridge branch does not taste like like KFC. Gave most of the chicken to my dog.

Slow service. They drop food then put it back in keep warm. Disgusting.
Update: i wrote the review before i got my food. They gave me the wrong order then they laughed about it. Walk and work so slow. I highly recommend eating ANYTHING AND ANYWHERE ELSE. Absolutely awful

I ordered for food from this KFC through JustEat and never received my order. The order was said to be delivered even though it showed the driver to be around 1 km away from us. Me and my friend went to the restaurant to know what can be done and they weren't really helpful when it came to the delivery. They were not ready to take accountability for the misplaced order and were asking us to complain to the Justeat customer service. The worst part is that they themselves have seen some delivery drivers eating the delivery food and they said it. It's a really annoying experience for me and my friend and have decided never to buy food from KFC and JustEat in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for delivery through Just Eat from this KFC location, but the driver never delivered my food. Instead, he marked the order as delivered. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant to sort this out, but the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They told me they couldn't do anything since it was the delivery driver's fault, and they don't have any details about the driver. Shockingly, they mentioned they've seen delivery drivers eating orders in front of them and just laughed it off!
I was appalled. No concern for customers or accountability for their delivery partner, Just Eat. I have no idea if they even took any action against this behavior! After speaking with the staff, I felt like I was the one who made the mistake by ordering from here. Absolutely ashamed of this experience.
This happened on 12/10/2024 between 21:00 and 22:14. Avoid this place if you don't want to be cheated by their delivery service or deal with terrible in-store service!
