This woman photographed refused to give me a side breast and a thigh of chicken for no reason and then gave it to the other customers who arrived after me even though she had more then enough chicken in the oven. How do they even get given a job. Honestly.

Been going to this KFC for thirty years as it used to be best in the area but recently it's been awful. Items missing twice in a row. Food cold last 3 times ive ordered. Awful. Paid £25 for box meal and kids meal including tip. Leadt you expect is all your food and it being fresh. Only live few minutes away. Call them and nobody EVER answers the phone. Its turned into a joke. After 30 years. NEVER again

I recently visited the Hillingdon KFC to grab my lunch .The service was quick and The staffs were very friendly and the food was very fresh and good.The restaurant was very clean and very nice atmosphere to have the meal.I would recommend this restaurant very much.I would definitely come again.

Absolutely appauld!! I ordered food over an hour ago and have been sat waiting for it! I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and no one even bothered to answer!!

The kfc is on the small side. The lady who serve me was nice enough, however I think it's incredibly rude of the staff to start convocations with one another in their own language when some customers don't underatand . That that was a supervisor or manager I think. Not good. Keep it for break times.Parking: Very busy road, near bus lanes not good parking.

IncompetentsI asked for 3 legs and 2 thighs, popcorn chicken, a drink 2 corns gravy , chips and a drink.I got 3 breasts, 1 leg 1 thigh, gravy, drink.When I told them about what?s missing I get told that I cancelled the chips and as for the chicken in fairness they did apologise and then they were stunned to find out the popcorn chicken was missing,but by then I got too frustrated.Please avoid.I will never use this rat and pigeon again.
