I came to the store today and a very nice lady named Florida gave me an amazing service. She was very helpful and patient with me, she gave me useful information regarding products and because it was my birthday she gave me store discount which I was very happy about. Poor, went to buy soap when COVID precautions still in force two months ago. Two staff on tills. Very slow. Allowed a non COVID compliant shopper to barge in front of me in the queue, then spent 10 minutes dealing with them. Left without buying anything. Complaint ignored. Avoid.

Great service, I was able to speak with the staff whom seemed very knowledgeable about what products would best suit my needs and were able to show me a few different options. They seemed busy but were still happy to assist and advise me, service at the tills was quick and overall I had a great experience
