Really good place to find nice nerd stuff. Mugs, posters, albums, very specific shirts, even a boba Fett doormat. Great alternative to finding stuff via Amazon if you prefer to get this stuff in person. Think they have a loyalty scheme with a membership card

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Finding things without their help can be a bit of a quest. They do more than lust music and video. They do plush/ squishing, dolls, and a large range of novelty T shirts. They are also books and football cards.

I used to be a big fan and would like to have been a big spender in this awesome multimedia entertainment chainstore. Many many years ago when people were still playing Jethro Tull album tracks on the weekends. Long before You Tube Music was a Mobile phone APP.It occurred to me to put myself out and have a browse after spending a fair amount of time in the ubiquitous local CeX stores DVD department's. The availability of the splendid DVD, Bohemian rhapsody was in question at one of their stores. So obviously this told me that my search should be further afield.Today I made a beeline for the Sir Winston Churchill biography the Darkest Hour. In respect of his funeral 24th January 1965.The HMV store is situated in the basement of the Chimes indoor shopping mall and it opens at 9.00 in the morning.The staff were very helpful and friendly and with my purchase I received an entry for a prize draw of a £100 gift card.
