Amazing store and collection in the Uxbridge branch. However staff there are always very rude. I have never encountered a nice or helpful staff member at this store. Real let down to the brand. Disappointing.

First of all uxbridge H&M staff is so rude
They wont let you get in 5.45 pm saying we are closed and the manager tries to be clever and cant even differentiate between refund or exchange over all store is nice stuff is good but the company needs to work on teaching some manners to staff

Bustling store with little selection of sizes, usually just having 1 or 2 of Size S and many of XXL or XXXL. Customer Service is unhelpful and not very costumer-focused.

One particular staff was walking away from me as I was asking question which was quiet rude.
As an individuals that used to work previously as customer service agent I expected better and be professional - even though the shop was closing.
Nevertheless; I followed the customer service agent and got my answer.

H and M staff in the Uxbridge are very rude in the way they treated the customers. I had two incidents with them although I am regular costumer but apparently they don?t respect their customers.
