Took my watch in just out of curiosity into this shop to see if they knew their stuff.They checked my watch and said there is no serial number on it.I hinted it?s a older model and it maybe inside the back casing and not stamped on the back .After 5 minutes I realised they hadn?t a clue and simply walked out.The lady was kind enough,,but basically without saying it was fake. The vibes I was getting was enough .Not impressed by the standard of knowledge ,it was very bog standard.As I said staff very nice ,but knowledge of the subject at hand poor even with me hinting.

I have been a customer of H&T for about 4 years with other branches, the staff in the Uxbridge store has reluctantly answered a query of interest rate mentioned in the contract. She says she have no idea what it is. I don?t know then what are they trained of. Such a horrible experience with that particular staff .Also I told her that we tried to use online services to pay but every time we try and it refunds back to account within 2 days.She replies like it has never been reported by others and answers like I am lying. I told her I spoke to the customer Service via phone and they agreed that it?s some tech issues and asked to pay in the store. This lady is really not fit for be a customer service role. H&T please keep some trained staff in your office rather than keeping ppl who don?t know what their job is.
