Neelam piercing my daughter 2nd holes my daughter who is 15 has extremely Anxiety Neelam was very nice very professional my daughter felt a little faint before hand so she gave my daughter a drink and chocolate to boost her sugar levels my daughter was absolutely fine my daughter first ear piercings wasn't from here but she had sensitive ear can't where metal so these earing are 14 ct gold plus the ear piercing was FREE when u purchased a pair of earing first time trying and definitely recommend you coming here very pleased.

I would like to leave a heartfelt thank you to Neelam, the manager at the H. Samuel store in Uxbridge Shopping Centre, for her outstanding help, kindness, and professionalism.
My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, and Neelam was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting us with choosing our new rings. She made what could have been a stressful decision into a truly enjoyable experience, and treated us with genuine care especially during a challenging time in my life when I was recovering from illness and had lost weight, which meant resizing issues with my original rings.
More recently, I returned to the store with several pieces of sentimental jewellery that had been severely damaged by an unusual chemical reaction while stored in my jewellery box. Neelam handled the situation with curiosity, expertise, and compassion. She carefully cleaned and dipped the items, and through her persistent effort and inquisitiveness, discovered that the strange chemical residue could be scratched away something she had never seen before in her career, and something even the insurers had never heard of.
She was incredibly respectful of the deep sentimental value attached to these rings, and I felt truly supported and listened to. Her determination and empathy went above and beyond anything I expected.
Neelam is a credit to H. Samuel, and I can?t thank her enough. This kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognised.
