“Faith in humanity restored. I can not praise the staff in West Ruislip Tesco more. It is not my local shop, but last night, on my way home from my son’s swimming lesson I stopped to buy a few bits. After paying, because I had a few things to carry, I must have left my purse in the basket. I went home and I didn’t realise my purse was missing until this morning when I had to go to work. As soon as I finished, I went back to Tesco, and they handed me back my purse with all my cards and driving licence. They even went as far as trying to find my address when they found it, but it’s quite tricky to find. Their gesture brought me to tears, considering the amount of trouble I would have had to cancel all my cards, renew my driving licence, plus all the club cards for different shops. Extremely grateful.”

Have used this service before and the staff just stand there and watch you bending over again and again to pick up the shopping but he was a gentleman and helped me to pack. Thank You.”

“With the Coop shutting in Ruislip High Street, this is my closest branch. Finally sorted out an online account linked to my membership card and received a couple of virtual coupons. This store was extended a couple of years ago, but it's still a little cramped. Wide range of convenience store foodstuffs. Can recommend the vegetable tortilla chips.”

“Hats of these guys! They are a genuinely nice family! I have been in the shop on several occasions when people have tried to use the evri machine and it’s been broken they have been incredibly rude to the staff! It’s not fair! They shouldn’t have to put up with it! They are so friendly would do anything for you! I shop here most days and they are so helpful helping you find things nothing is too much trouble! It really frustrates me when they are taking abuse from the public! Honestly they are so friendly! Thankyou a real community shop”

“Incredibly welcoming shop , the gentleman behind the counter took his time to say hello, ask about my day and recommend products and obviously knew many customers and people in the area , he took the time to ask my name and you could tell he’s a really popular guy who loves his job and his store. Left feeling very impressed”
