While food isn?t an issue, the manager there is absolutely really rude. You ask for something and if he doesn?t hear you he replies back with ?What? often found with the manager there to the younger customers he is quite rude however to the older customers he?s ok with them.

First visit to a branch of Greggs ,I didn't know what to expect. I tried the vegan sausage roll, Very disappointed. The only table available was covered in crumbs and sugar sachets.

Good coffee and hot pastry products at very competitive prices. Busy but no-one waiting very long.
Wheelchair accessibility: We were able to enter easily and sit at a table with a wheelchair.

I walked into Greggs at 5.50pm,
There were four staff working, including the supervisor.
I paid for my coffee but the woman started serving another gentleman,
Who had an extended order.
I stood there for five minutes while the other three ignored me.
Finally she put my coffee on and I left.

Messiest Greggs you can find around.
Very untidy and unclean.
I ordered a ham and cheese toastie to be toasted.
The tray paper was dirty and I saw how the guy just turned it around instead of changing it.
When it was toasted, I had to specifically ask the person to cut it for me.
He cut it on top of the wrap paper, so it was sticky with cheese when he gave it to me.
He also cut it in a rush and gave it to me with both halves of the same part like offset, so the cheese was all over.
There was 1 person in the quote, it was not busy.
Service was at 10.30 on Sunday 11/8/24.
To note, the counter was dirty, sauces stains all over, Greggs wrapping papers around the glass counters, and floor generally full of leaves from the outside. There were no napkins left.
Pretty terrible, they're lucky there's no other one around, otherwise they'll go out of business in no time.

Food is good. Staff is friendly, however they always seem to make mistakes in my order. I come here quite often and I have noticed that every time I have to ask for a bag at least 5 times before I manage to get one. I also often don?t get the coffee that I have ordered. For instance, if I order a normal latte, I will get a soy latte, and if I order an oat latte, I will get a vanilla latte with normal milk. This has happened to me with most staff members on several different occasions. Apart from this, it is a typical Greggs.

I pop in to get sausage rolls but I enjoy most of the pastries in the menus. the pizzas could be a but better. Usually quite dry and not very flavoursome and the breakfast would be better if the bread was warm and toasted. Really nice hot chocolates
