If a controlled drug is out of stock at the manufacturer, you should phone the patient up and INFORM them. That might of given me enough time to contact the specialist and have my son put on different meds before his tablets run out.

I used to use Boots for making up prescriptions, but the pharmacy staff just did not seem to take any interest or care about people what so ever. Especially if there was a short fall in being able to supply any of the medicines prescribed, this has never been a problem here, and the staff have when necessary have phoned... read full comment
