I stop by every once in a while cause I used to work at five guys and miss the taste every once in a while. However, Zubair is the only one who gave outstanding customer service and nice from the till to the order 10/10 (not to say everyone else isn?t nice)

I never saw anything so bad in my life... Exepensive 28£ for one gummy little cheeseburger and a small hotdog, one little pack of potatoes and small bottle of water.... Disgusting as taste, i cannot put less than one star... Stay far from this place and I wonder how they still continue selling such things!!!better McDonald's at this point at least u spend less!

Worst staff ever. Didn't come to take our order, then card machine not working then refused to let our 3 year old use the toilet without an order going through, despite the fact that he was desperate.

I went to five guys in Uxbridge and Zubair gave me fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, he was super friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was really good too, I?ll definitely be returning! Thank you Zubair for a great experience!

I visited the store at Uxbridge for the first time and ordered fries. It was one of the best tasting fries that I had that day. Service was also spot on by the guy in black shirt tall guy. Overall good experience Keep up the good work.

Cleanliness at this establishment is dire. Theres a pic of an employee in somebody else's review, he?s the guy standing in front of the buns, and his two colleagues with his face missing. This guy, changed his gloves then proceeded to touch/wipe his nose and face, multiple times, with said gloves on. I stood in shock as I observed this person bouncing around the kitchen aimlessly just touching food and surfaces after playing with his nose. I had informed the manager and she should of taken him out of the kitchen at this point, but he was left on chip duty and wearing the same gloves, all the whilst giving me dirty looks as I received my refund. Booger burger, not today, five guys.

I am a customer who actually took the time and showed up in the store to order myself, unlike customers who order through third party apps (delivery).
I had to wait for my order, while the team took and served online orders which came after mine!
Highly unacceptable!
