Usually go to Harrow, it?s great. However, the service here is very poor and the staff are rude unfortunately. No need for smart comments by one of your staff, didnt? manage to get his name.

I refunded a part on the 19/06/2025 and was told the payment will be sent to my card in 3-5 working days. Its been 2 months now, i haven't recieved the payment, i went to the branch couple of time and everytime was told they will sort it out and give me a call back for confirmation. But this never happened, this morning i called back again and the person on the phone very rudly speaking and saying you shud have recieved this payment and check your statements, they should check on their end rather questioning me, they have no professional attitude. Now i am going to take legal action on this with all the proofs i have.

Even though the store was closed due to a power cut Rouey (spelling?) the store manager went and found my pre-paid order and helped me dispose of the waste. He was an absolute life saver and so kind and helpful.

I have visited this store on a number of occasions, and never had an issue with the service.
The click and collect service is great, as with other times I had to pop in store to purchase something which was not available on click and collect.
The staff have always been polite, and my recent visit to the store today was seamless.
I went in to collect a reserved item which was engine oil. I was served by Yasine who was helpful, I was literally in and out of the store within 2 mins flat!
I choose this branch over other local branches very easily, mainly due to location and the team who work here!

Wow! These days, customer service seems to be a thing of the past however, this place takes the cake. The bloke behind the counter clearly DID NOT want to be there. He was so unprofessional and not friendly at all. I must say, it's been a long while since I've experienced such dismissive customer service. Won't be going back there.

Much like everyone else's experience, understaffed, unprofessional, zero customer service. They had an issue with the card machine( till roll ran out) it took 15 mins for the floor person and manager to solve whilst the queue got longer and there was no communication to new customers in the queue as to what was going on. The workers seemed more interested in the subwoofer from the car outside.
