If I could leave a zero star review I would.
The staff were so rude and condescending absolute disgrace. Came in yesterday to get my new phone and was rudely told to leave as it hadn?t been delivered yet, came in today and this again a terrible experience.

I?ve been a loyal EE customer for 7 years, and my family has been with EE even longer ? so I expected much better service.
I visited the Uxbridge branch to get a replacement SIM after my phone was stolen. Instead of receiving help, I was left waiting for over an hour, while customers who arrived after me were served first ? simply because they were looking to purchase new devices.
Several employees would ask me what I needed help with, and the moment I mentioned it was for a replacement SIM, they?d look the other way and immediately try to find someone interested in buying a phone or tablet. It felt like I was being deliberately ignored because I wasn?t bringing in a big sale.
It?s frustrating and disappointing to see long-term loyalty being treated as less important than new sales. EE needs to value all their customers ? not just the ones making big purchases.

I was looking for a replacement for my Three contract and tried EE as I had heard good things. The sales process in the Uxbridge shop seemed fine and I was offered a new broadband product at a better price. The sales person Maya was attentive and seemed to explain the product well so we went ahead. An engineer was booked and turned up on time. The router and kit had not arrived and he said "this is always happening". I phoned EE and they said I had to use the old BT kit as it was still good. Then they said I also had to return the BT WiFi extender or pay £30. None of this had been mentioned by Maya in the sales process and I need the extender. When I phoned Maya in the shop she said I had to sort it out with EE customer service. In the end she said if I came into the shop someone would "try and help me sort it out". So all in all a disappointment.

I would like to thank Jess for the excellent service she provided when I went in to upgrade my phone on Saturday. In addition to the great deal on the upgrade, she made me aware of how I could save £80 a month with my home broadband/TV/phone service.

I went today to pickup my EE sim from the EE store at Uxbridge UB81JP,
The way I was treated by a staff member named (Toosh), was unbelievable!
Absolutely unprofessional..!
For a minute I thought I not in UK,
His attitude and treatment was like I was in Jungle Republic or Banana Republic !
Mr Toosh commanded couple of times , I told him don?t be rude, speak politely with customers..and I don?t want to be served by you!
I want to be served by someone else.
He told me go out no one will serve you in this store!!!
I said look I am the EE customer if you don?t want to serve me then I will record it just repeat the same words in the video..
When I took my mobile one his friend jumped in the conversation with a harsh and rude attitude calling him self the manager of the branch telling me to go out if I am doing the video,
I told him I am not interested in the video if someone serve me with respect and I get my sim card,
Eventually I got my sim from them and called EE customer service to report and register the formal complaint!
Thanks to the EE customer service representative who understood and took it further,
I will see what happens after the complaint, but if it is not resolved, I will take it further legally,
I don?t want someone else should be treated disrespectful in this store!!!
I would suggest EE before they employ a staff, they must train them properly and professionally to treat customers with respect!!!
End of the day customers pay their bills and staff gets paid!!!

Went in to pick up a parcel I had delivered to the store, something that should have been quick and easy, the staff member that served me was incredibly rude and border line aggressive when I asked him if he needed to see an email of my order. Maybe they should learn some customer service skills if the want to work in a customer service industry.

Bad treatment from the employees, especially the person named (Sarar). They treat you as if you are begging, even though you are a customer.

Absolute disgrace, staff not interested in customers, choosing who they want to serve first , interested more in eating pizza and popping out to buy drinks than helping people. Saw 2 couples resign to wait before I did the same ! Change the staff or train them in customer service !

Absolute disgraceful left a good review but now I?m gonna take it back had issues with my plan in which they had told me I was getting a better deal however I ended up with a worse offer after calling EE multiple times I ended charges greater then £155, I went in a phone and left with a Apple Watch and a new iPhone which they told me was cheaper to buy both however they lied to me as after speaking to the helpline they had no idea what was going on and obviously store had just carried there commission targets no care for the customer at all and only themselves now help line say there?s a return fee on the watch and I have to pay extra absolute scam would not come to this branch

Your experience here really depends on who helps you. One staff member might tell you one thing, while another says something completely different. You can go in one day, get an offer, and then come back a few hours later to a completely different offer and experience. I?d say it?s a 50/50 chance - if you?re lucky, you?ll get a helpful staff member, if not, you?re in for a struggle.
