Best possible service provided by Daval in the workshop. Just want to say that I have neverrrr had to wait more than 2 hours for decathlon to get my e bike back up and running, and my e bike has been through a LOT ? 6000+ miles and still as good as new thanks to their mechanics

Manuel was so helpful, I found a top I loved, last one in my size, but it was covered in deodorant from where someone has tried it on. He reduced the price for me with no trouble, was so lovely and friendly. A credit to the Uxbridge team ??

Yeah was absolutely incredible. Went in to buy a bike for the first time, had absolutely no idea what to buy. Yash was very knowledgeable and made the purchase seamless. All parts added to the bike free of charge and totally set up, very pleased.
