Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this store today. The employee Destiny at the front desk was rude and yelled at me, which I consider unprofessional. In my opinion, she's not suitable for this role. I expect a better level of service and hope management takes action to prevent such situations from happening again

Costco Hayes delivers well on what a warehouse membership store should: big savings, lots of choice, and many useful services all in one place. The trade?off is that you need to plan to avoid the worst of the crowds, keep your expectations realistic about produce/ripeness, and accept that some of the hygiene and speed isn?t always perfect.

Ordered a full pepperoni pizza and found a long strand of hair which had gotten stuck in the melted cheese. Extremely unhygienic, do not recommend

Worth it. With a wide range of stock and lots to choose from. Also buying in bulk works out cheaper in the long run.

I found this place very helpful for shopping .
One of the best thing is the customer service at the till. I found Mrs Sonu Chana at the till very helpful and joyful personality. Sonu chana is a great person, polite, supportive and great customer service. I preferred to go to her till for service. God bless her

Can?t go wrong with this place. I always buy water bottles, butter and chicken tenders from here. And normally pick up a box of cookies too. The fruit is very fresh. The only problem is I always end up spending more money than I intend to.
