I am disappointed, the shop is closing at 8pm and we visited at 6:30 pm. We choosed a table to sit and one of the staff removed us in different please as he started to clean that earlier??????
Squashed all customers in one place , I have never seen this before in my life , if is 15 minutes before closing I will understand that and respect as well, but 1:30h before closing time is bit too much . The staff were not friendly too forcing customers to have takeaway cups instead to seat and relax . This is all about to finished work quickly and go home ...... The management must take control of this coffee shop as this is unacceptable .
I am regularly Costa coffee customer and I am feeling bad to write this review , but definitely this bad atmosphere must change it in future! Thank you ?

I was looking for somewhere to eat, so I came into Costa coffee. The atmosphere was like any other coffee shop. But, when I wanted to order, the staff member was too busy talking to her colleague.
Finally she took my order, but when I was waiting for my hot chocolate. Customers who came after me, got their drinks 1st.
The hot chocolate wasn?t even worth waiting for, it was disgusting. The milk was definitely out of date. I tried to get the staffs attention but once again she was too busy talking to her colleague. The line was getting busy and she didn?t care.
Very disappointed, definitely won?t be come

It is a costa, there are plenty of seating inside. I have been here a few times and thieves seem to visit often taking peoples bags. Coffee is ok, they often run out of food.

Toilets are password protected but they are available for customers but it's so annoying to punch in correct numbers to open toilet doors

I visited this shop today morning i ordered my coffee no doubt Coffee was good but this service from worker lady was not good very very very disrespectful and arrogant she's start annoying behaviour when i ask please put some chocolate sprinkles on it... Very very very very disappointed from her behaviour please give some basic manners and patience to your employees thanks ?

Staff service poor. No smile frowned eyebrows. Can you let the staff cover their hair!!! Food was OK but customer service poor.
