The Scottish woman who works here (I believe she?s the manager) is extremely rude and has no customer service skills.
There?s never any bags at the self service tills, for whatever reason, so you have to lurk around asking for a bag which can be chaotic when there?s other customers already being served.
I asked the woman for a bag and she eventually passed me one without saying a word or even looking in my direction.. as if I was a complete inconvenience to her.
It?s not the first time I?ve noticed her rudeness, but this really wound me up.
Maybe just leave bags at the self service tills like any well-run shop would do?.

The shop is cluttered, constantly blocked by boxes and trays. Additionally, they've placed a wine shelf directly beneath an air conditioner that emits hot air, which is hardly ideal. It's unlikely that anyone would appreciate their white wine being boiled like that. Need some new management.

Popped to the shop at 2155 to just buy milk, people were in the shop at the time to be told the shop was shut. Poor service!

Seriously rude lady (middle aged with a long light pony tail) there telling me I need ID for Lemsip, even though I?m clearly old enough. I don?t have a choice as I needed it for family so I grab my ID and ask her to keep it aside since there aren?t many left. I come back within 5minutes and they?ve put it away and they didn?t even ask for ID this time. Waste of my time and just seems like she wanted to exercise the little power she feels in life

Very rude staff and I believe their behavior even goes worst depending on your skin color.Coop need to orient their teams on behavior and how to treat customers.Very unhappy, I just go few items, which I easily find there.

Oh my god what a bloody joke I've been to the co-op in Denham Croxley Watford and I thought the company wasn't half bad that was until I got to Ickenham, I am shocked and disgusted that you would hire someone or a group of individuals is shameful and with the way the manage here acts I don't think they'll have a job here much longer with that kind of attitude. It's a shame really because I really wanted to make a tiktok video on how friendly your staff are but now I'd rather tell them to go elsewhere. Their attitude was so bad I would've given the place -10 stars if google allowed me.
