Came here to get the children's shoes before school. Was a great experience and very pleased with the attentiveness of sales advisor Surya. She was very patient with my kids, one of whom has special needs. Her friendly nature and extensive knowledge about shoes is exactly what we needed. Please ensure she gets rewarded for doing a fab job and going above and beyond. Would recommend :)

Insulting staff, I entered the shop around 5:30 pm, and yet that staff was so ready to kick us out of the store; we were patient with her, but she made a couple of comments about my brother, saying how is it her fault if he couldn't walk properly, despite him trying on shoes and forcing us to change our minds in terms of sizes. She scoffed and huffed and brought us old stock, and initially, she went in and came back with two shoes, saying that's all they have in terms of sizes. Yet, she eventually came back with more, so I was confused. Did she not want to serve us properly and make us believe there are no stocks? Other staff in the store were friendly and patient with different customers. But it's what it is.

Bought school shoes here last minute, super super helpful and friendly staff that are great at their job. Particularly a young woman who was really patient and respectful who found me the pair of shoes I wanted. Quick payment process and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Thank you!

Excellent staff! I came into Uxbridge clarks today with my two daughters just as they were about to close and was assisted by Harneet. She did a great job at improvising with my daughter?s feet as they are quite narrow. I am so happy with her customer service as she was bubbly and cracked jokes with us the entire time, made us feel at ease! Thank you to Her for making the experience better.

I bought a pair of shoes here, staff gave me 2 different design shoes, one is bit lighter and smoother then the other one.
After wearing once I noticed the shoes are of different design, I called them,
And when I visited the store I told them to exchange the shoes with similar they refused because I wore them once that?s fully okay. I asked for the another pair of same shoes by saying that I will buy them, the manager offered me additionally 10% discount on shoes but they don?t have on my size.
At last I am their unhappy customers with losing my money with different pair of shoes. Staff wants to help me, but they don?t know how to do it.

Very nice staff, patience is a virtue! My friend tested over 10 pairs and stayed there for 90 minutes. We got all the help and guidance we needed from Angel and Dana and in the end we walked with a brand new pair. My friend was very undecided, but by the next day he wasn't sure anymore :)
