In Uxbridge clairs today with my daughter getting her ears pierced by Grace, she has excellent customer service. Talking to my daughter about earings she had two ladies pierce her ears and they have done an amazing job I recommend Uxbridge clairs.
They told me about the aftercare information excellent customer service through out and they are very welcoming in store.
It was lovely looking at the earings as my daughter enjoyed choosing.

My granddaughter had her ears pierced yesterday and the two ladies were really good. It was a good experience.

I wouldn't go there, £68 for just 1 piercings and my daughter mistakenly told her wrong ear and she realised it was other ear so we ask her to do the other earing to pierce it which we already bought it from them so she refused to do it and said, we need to give it £38 extre for single piercings, if we wanted other ear pierce,I highly not recommend this store.

The customer service in this store is absolutely appalling! I called up to ask if they had an item in stock as the Claire?s website stock info is not accurate, the manager was so rude and refused to assist me with a simple request of checking whether they have a physical item in stock to save me from travelling all the way to the store for no reason! She was so unhelpful and hung up on me when I asked her for her name to make a formal complaint! She was only concerned about ear piercing jobs and customers who were actually in store. These staff need to be retrained and taught the importance of ?going the extra mile for ALL customers?. This store doesn?t even deserve one star tbh. But it won?t let me type a review otherwise. The store manager sets a very poor example for staff under her supervision.

I was greeted by a lovely staff named Natalia and throughout my experience she was nothing but kind patient and made me feel calm and confident about getting my newborns ears pierced, and my baby girl too had a lovely experience.

Me and my mum who is in a mobility scooter came in to get some piercings and we had the most lovely girl named Abigail pierce us she was very professional and kept everything sanitary. She even moved stands out of the way so my mum could move around the shop properly too. I couldn?t recommend her enough! Very pleased

Extremely angry and annoyed. I would never ever suggest this Claire's store located at Uxbridge for the baby's first ear piercing. Unprofessional staff.
Today went there for my 5 months baby's ear piercing and the lady named Abigail not professional at all placed a black dot on my baby's ears and when she did piercing, both earrings were way far away from the marking dot and were uneven. The left side ear earring was so down and close to the face. I got so pissed off on her. I literally started shouting and crying at the same time that my tiny baby went through a pain and cried so much for this?
Obviously, she has nothing to say except blaming my baby that my baby moved. Then when I said what you mean, my baby was moved? Are you blind that you can't see where you placed a black dot? then she accepted her mistake and did apologise to me but I didn't need her fake apology as all I wanted for my baby was a perfect ear piercing because it's for lifetime and ear piercing should be done at the right place and even. I told her I don't even mind spending hundreds. Money was not the issue.
Anyway, I asked that lady named Abigail, I need to speak to the manager. The assistant manager came and told me that they need to take out and re-do it again on the left ear so it will be in the right place as my baby's right ear. Poor my baby again, went through a pain, and cried so much. Now my baby has the same design but different size earrings on both ears. They didn't have the same earrings as previously used because it was the last pair. Now I have to wait 6 weeks to put the same size earrings on my baby's ear.
I'm extremely disappointed!

This is a good Claires accessories. It's perfect if you're a parent. You can let your daughter wander around and choose something. It can use a lot of time. They currently have a sale on plush toys, which suits me very well. It can be difficult to get them to walk past the store either going in! The staff are also very helpful.

I recently visited for my second piercing. What a fab and friendly service. I recommend if you need any help speak to a lady called Sacha she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
