I ordered the peri peri half grilled chicken from Chicken Cottage through Uber Eats, and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I?ve had in a while. The chicken tasted old ? like it was cooked yesterday and just reheated. The texture was dry and rubbery, completely lacking in freshness. It was a total waste of money, and I regret ordering from here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you?re looking for quality food, look elsewhere.

The chicken wrap tasted like bird.
What did I pay £10 for , for chips and a drink.

Ordered 3 fillet burger meals. Chicken looked like it was part of a kids meal. Stale. Hard to chew. Disgusting. Wouldn?t feed the local foxes food from this branch. Southall is much better. The quality of food here has declined rapidly over the past year. Will never come back!

Just pop in to get a quick snack and got shocked 8 BBC wings 8 pound. Also on the menu whole grilled chicken cost 10 pound. Very disappointed, waste of money.

Never again ! The food which I ate gave me a food poisoning, instead of working today I am in bed being sick. Never recommend.poor food and hygiene handling

I fully recommend it because you can eat well there and they are not too expensive. Clean, nice service,
Kid-friendliness: No big deal, but when there are children, the staff will always provide them with a smile and a nice treat.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw it because there is no difference in level from the sidewalk (from the street) and the door is wide. A lady in a wheelchair entered and had a seat at a table close to the entrance.

Everytime i eat from here i get food poisoning. The food is so yummy but not worth diarrhoea for a week. I feel nauseous and can?t even sleep please don?t eat from here it?s not worth it.

real bad i was a regular customer with the 1.50 strip burger u added on an extra 50p but moneys up so it?s fine. and then u lot decided to feel pigeon as i got food poisoning from ur rank burgers never again i quit eating from gtown

We went in to buy meals,the man at thr counter was very rude,totally unhelpful, he gives us the meals without drinks,although they were included in the deals.We asked nicely for someone to clean our table before eating,he came in a rude way telling us its clean,it wasn't ,ur was all.oily with dry ketchup on surface, really disgusting. He wiped it rudely with a dry cloth,totally unacceptable behaviour.
When we asked fir tissues and hand wipes,he threw them at us in a rude manner .
Why do you hire such disgusting, rude people to serve your meals.
Think twice about it !!!
