The person on the phone had a terrible attitude and seemed incompetent, unable to accurately provide the pricing for the chicken, or didn't care to talk. When I arrived, my order was messed up, and when I called to explain, he struggled to understand what went wrong. Worse, he didn?t even care to listen. Get someone else to answer the phones.

Went here after work got some chicken meal. 45mins later having ate the meal I spent the rest of the night being sick vomiting ?. Visted A&E hospital the next day told by the doctor that I have food poisoning. THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY OR INVESTIGATED

i had came to the shop for a 2 good to 2 go bag i came in at the right time they shop keeper was shouting and told me to wait a whole hour for the food i paid for i had waited when i had gotten my food it was horrible it was over cooked cold inedible stale it was absolutely disgusting i literally vommited and im sitting next to the toilet writing this DO NOT come here to eat it was disgusting theres multiple other options aroudn u can go to such as newmoon or superbros just do not go here no matter what i wouldnt even feed to the food to a dog.

Inedible bbq chicken burger, chicken was rock solid and I as unable to bite through apparently burger can be left out for 25minutes before being given to customer

Chicken cottage has really gone downhill?
This branch along with many others ive tried in London recently, are nothing short of miserable compared to what it used to be. I wonder what went wrong.
Food is edible to some extent but the chips are dreadfully thin and unpleasant to eat and then theres the fried chicken.. if you?re into soggy batter with a side of soggier batter, then you?re in luck. It feels more like you?re eating a wet napkin than actual chicken.
Not the worst thing I?ve ever eaten, but it?s definitely competing for a spot.

Its nice, some of the staff are nice and some are rude, it's a nice restaraunt don't be fooled but it could be better i guess?

hi i ordered the food. checked the app it said delievered, i called chicken cottage three times. first time he said he will check for an update, after five minutes i called for an update and they said that the driver is still coming but they are delivering another order first after another 5 minutes i called back for an update and they said to call just eat. i said to them even though i told you the app said delivered you still insisted the food was coming and now said they can't do anything because its delivered so call just eat. i asked him about what the driver said when he said he would call, he said i cant do anything, called the driver then hung up the phone. so now there is no food, money is taken from my account and the worker at chicken cotrage hillingdon was very rude and unhelpful

If i could give 0 stars i would! The chicken burger was soggy and chips freezing cold. I specifically asked for no mayo on the burger in the notes but for some reason the people at this place can not follow simple instructions and ignored my request. I wouldn't even give their food to a stray dog as i think they would deserve better than what chicken cottage has to offer. How this place is still is trading is beyond me.

Far from the original taste of chicken cottage. The peri peri fillet burger smells fishy and is small and tasteless. Fries are dry and skinnier than the other franchises. I always eat at Langley chicken cottage and definitely can tell it?s not even close to their taste. What?s more funny is the sign saying CASH ONLY on their counter! Prices are higher than the other franchises with dodgy stickers on them.
