Very good food and drink.
Customer service is excellent.
Staff asked how I was and was genuinely interested in my answer. The chaii tea is the best. Melissa is very conscientious and customer friendly. Goes above and beyond for each customer.

We missed our Oman chips and this was the only place that sold it so took a tube all the way to uxbridge just for it. The chai- both karak and saffron was good but the Oman chips sandwich was to die for. The quantity is extremely small for the price, but I went for the experience. We did end up going somewhere else for the food so do visit if you miss Omani snacks.

The portion sizes are extremely small ? even an 8-year-old would still be hungry after eating.
The service is slow and overall not up to the mark. The only thing worth mentioning is the tea, which was enjoyable.
Also, the falafel I ordered was missing , very disappointing and feels dishonest.
I hope you work on improving your customer service in the future.

Worst service ever. The staff were rude and don?t know how to talk to customers. They have to learn customer service.

I stumbled across this place. I didn?t have high hopes, however this chai was really good! It was so good I went back two more times during the same week. The staff were friendly. I will definitely go back.

Asked and paid for 2 pots of tea (small & medium), received 2 cups to go, when cool enough to drink, both drowned in sugar we didn't ask for.. Returned to counter, not offended a replacement left feeling completely disappointed and 5.60 out of pocket. Will definitely not be returning.

Although not the quickest service it is friendly and helpful, especially to first timers. Both the food and drinks are very, very, good and would certainly encourage a return visit but more likely for a takeaway as the premises are small and, even with a cordoned off pavement area, offer limited seating.
