I came in on 14th September to get a Wii to HDMI converter and was first told it was missing from the inventory. One of the workers then found it in the shop ,but they decided to not sell it because one of the other workers wanted it. I went on the website again after and the workers had removed the item for sale. Extremely annoying to list an item on your website and to then not sell it to a customer because one of your workers wants it, wasting my time.

Avoid. I went to trade a dash cam on three different occasions, and every time I was turned away. They are just wasting your time and mistreating you. On the first occasion, they were unable to check my item. On the second occasion, the young shop assistant serving me had no idea what he was talking about, advising that I could not sell the rear dash cam without the front one. I explained that on their website, the item is sold separately. After proving that he was wrong, he did not even apologise. He told me to come back later. A week later, I returned, and they offered me a significantly lower price, despite the item having never been used. I left it for tests, and when I came back, I was informed that the item was faulty. I was not satisfied with this outcome, so I visited the Windsor branch. Within 5 minutes, my item was tested and sold for the correct price. This was 10 minutes before closing time.

I bought a second hand TV. Customer service was great and nice people. Price of the TV was good plus came with warranty.

First time using these to sell an old phone. The staff were very helpful but offered me one price then when they tested it even though it passed they changed the price to a lower one because of a mark left by the case. Tbh, they were maybe right, but i felt they should not have offered the price until they did all the checks. Especially as my phone came with new official screen and all accessories and box. No damage at all that i could see.

This CEX has a good selection in most of the consoles and no bad prices in most of them. But some of the employees in this one are really rude, you ask them to give you good quality in some things and they get annoyed, at the end of the day is their job and we?re the ones paying for things in good state.
